I’m Emily, an OCN London Endorsed trained dog groomer and run doodles grooming Studio from my home in Steyning. I have two dogs a lovely Labradoodle and a bonkers Bordoodle, who both have different coat types and require different levels of grooming. After struggling to find a local dog groomer in Steyning, I decided to start grooming them myself! I absolutely love spending the time bonding with my dogs during the grooming process, so I decided to become a qualified dog groomer and share my love of grooming dogs with the local community and the idea for Doodles Grooming Studio started. I trained at South Coast Dog Grooming Academy, where I received hands on training from the start with fantastic support from all the experienced trainers.

I work to these main principles:

• Positive relationships- I aim to build good bonds with all the dogs I care for so they become comfortable and confident with the grooming process. Building good relationships with you, the owner is important too, so I can fully understand your requirements.

• Every dog is unique- I work with your dog in a way that suits them, to keep them as happy as possible.

• Calming environment- My studio is all in one area with everything I need so I don’t have to move the dog’s around different rooms. A dog bed is available if they need a break and I only care for one dog at a time to limit any stress.
